[May 1st] Roger Federer excites fans with Thai tuk-tuk ride

Retired Swiss tennis superstar Roger Federer sent fans into a frenzy after he posted photos of his experience traveling the streets of Bangkok on a tuk-tuk.

Federer recently posted photos of his vacation to Thailand on social media. The 42-year-old was seen wearing a traditional Thai bamboo hat, taking a river ride on a gondola, and eating mango sticky rice.

But his latest post delighted the fans even more, with him recording a ride on the tuk-tuk (AKA an auto rickshaw), a popular three-wheel transportation, through the busy metropolitan capital of Bangkok.

“Roger, you’re out here with icon behavior yet again,” one user commented.

“Take them as long as you can! They are the best!!” another wrote.

Many fans encouraged Federer to take more tuk-tuks, describing them as “the best transportation” in Thailand.

Federer, 42, is considered one of the best tennis players of all time. In 24 years of his professional career, he won 20 Grand Slams, the third-most in history behind Rafael Nadal (22) and Novak Djokovic (24).

Since his retirement in 2022, Federer has often posted images of his trips and vacations on his Instagram account of 12.2 million followers.
